All authors who publish their work in BLESS grant the journal the copyright to their work, giving BLESS the right of first publication. By submitting their work to the Journal of Agriculture, authors agree to the following terms:

• Journal Copyright: Authors grant BLESS an exclusive license to distribute and publish their work under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this license, others may remix, adapt, and build upon the work even for commercial purposes, provided they give credit to the authors and license their new work under the same terms.

• First Publication Rights: BLESS will hold the first publication rights for all submitted manuscripts.

• Author Rights: Authors retain copyright over their work and are permitted to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their websites) before and during the submission process, as this can lead to productive exchange and increase citations to the published work.
