Abstract
Business globalization is more progress at this time. One of the most promising business is items deliverys and packings. This chance is also be used by PT Mex Barlian Dirgantara. The problem for this research to know, how the company make the best strategy for the best service and how customers reaction with that strategy. The goals for this research is to know the company strategist for make the best service and know customers reactions. The method writer use is descriptif researcher with the population is all of company customers. For the sample is using purposive sampling as much as forty customers with criteria minimum already cooperate for one year. The conclusions is suitability level results is more than 80 percent and this mean strategy is very apporiate for customers. The suggestion are prepare satisfied and not satisfied icon, increase the vehicle for delivery and employs night guard.
