ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN DAN PENJUALAN PADA PO TRI JASA

Abstrak

Developing information technology has had a major impact on the present, one of these impacts is marked by the progress of information systems that have begun to be applied to small and medium enterprises, companies and other large institutions, the application of this information system is useful to expedite the activities of an organization in management of information that is useful in decision making. From the existence of an information system in an organization, it can produce quality information and also the information produced is relevant, timely and accurate. There are problems with Tri Services that can interfere with future business development. These problems include controlling inventory of goods where there is no recording of inventory at sales and sales of goods that are not recorded so that it is difficult to obtain accurate profit information for the report. By using inventory and sales information systems, companies can more easily produce information in the form of reports quickly and accurately and can control inventory of goods. The author uses a descriptive research design as a research design. While the data collection method used is interview method, literature observation and study. System analysis and design techniques used by the authors in the research are object-oriented techniques and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool. The system design application used is designing a database with SQL Server 2008 as a storage medium, designing applications with Microsoft Visual Basic. Net 2010 and designing reports with Crystal Report 13. This research produces a design of inventory and sales information systems which includes purchase transactions, purchase returns , repayment of purchases, sales, sales returns resulting in purchase reports, purchase returns, sales, sales returns. Conclusion, this proposed system can facilitate data processing activities that occur within the company and help overcome the problems faced and the report making process that is more effective. .
