Abstract

The fast development of information technology provides a large variation in various fields of work. The influence of the development of information technology can be seen from the work done manually. In accordance with the needs of computers in carrying out daily activities make the computer as a tool that completes work, solving complex problems in business. Hotels are examples of businesses that need to have employee performance appraisal decision support systems. Performance evaluation is a decision-making activity that considers many aspects. Decision making is done manually, so it requires a long time and is less accurate. To help make decisions in calculating the evaluations needed for decision support systems. The author uses interview, observation, and literature study methods. The author uses object-oriented analysis techniques using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the modeling system. In database design using SQL Server 2008, the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 in the application display settings. This study aims to facilitate the Hotel in processing employee data. Data processed is employee data. The conclusion of this study is the use of a computerized decision support system that can remember time. Advice from the author, this decision support system is only a performance assessment of one part.
