PROTOTYPE SISTEM KENDALI KUNCI PINTU RUMAH JARAK JAUH BERBASIS ARDUINO

Abstract

One of uses the internet technology is that it can make devices connected to each other without being obstructed by distance. By utilizing this, a remote control system can be made that can control a device using other devices without being obstructed by distance. This study produces a controller application and controller hardware that can control a house door lock. Arduino Uno microcontroller is a component that is in the controller hardware used to control door locks. For controlling applications, the author makes an Android-based smartphone mobile application. The control process on this system is only to close the door lock and unlock the door. The conclusion obtained from this study is that internet networks play an important role in the control process, and because the connecting media between devices uses the internet network, the control process is not blocked by distance.   Keyword: internet, control system, arduino uno, application, android
