Abstract

The increasing efforts in the field of development led to many requests for ceramics. This leads to competition the company in getting customers. Therefore, the need for the implementation of appropriate policies in competing. This is why the authors are interested to examine what measures should be taken by PD Setia Jaya, Pontianak in competing with other companies. The purpose of this study was to find out about the application of the price factor, the perception of the quality of products and services carried out by PD Setia Jaya in Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis techniques.
