Abstrak

CAI or android-based learning is the development of integrated information technology, namely interactive, audio, video, image, and animation packaged as multimedia technology. To take advantage of multimedia technology, the thing that can be done is to create a useful application. One of them is the introduction of animals that will be very useful for elementary school students. In addition to learning about animal recognition, they can also learn to recognize letters, spelling, and the stages in mentioning the name (pronunciation) of the animal. The learning model that will be delivered is a tutorial model with the point and click method and a game with the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm so that early childhood can learn about animal recognition and can play with an interlude game. The software that will be used in making this application is Adobe Flash where this application can combine text, sound, animation, images, and video. So that the application that will be produced is more interesting and it is hoped that the application will produce an interactive and effective application for students to recognize animals based on the type of food and the sound of the animal. In this study, the authors used a descriptive research design as the research design, and the data collection methods used were observation and literature study. The analysis and system design technique used in this research is an object-oriented technique with unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. This study resulted in an Android-based Computer Assisted Instruction Learning Media Application for Early Childhood Education that can be used as a learning medium for PAUD children to recognize the types of animals based on the type of food they eat.
