PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA DINAS P2KBP3A KOTA PONTIANAK BERBASIS WEB
Abstrak
In line with technological advancements, government administration must also begin to utilize information technology as outlined in Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). Currently, all public service management at DP2KBP3A Pontianak City is still conducted manually, leading to several obstacles such as limited public access, delays in data processing, potential administrative errors, and a lack of transparency and accountability. This research uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system is designed using an object-oriented approach with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, and developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research is the creation of a web-based information system that consists of service request submissions for complaints in the PPPAPM division and contraceptive supply (alokon) requests in the KBKS division. The system developed proves to provide easier access to online public services, accelerate the request process, enable real-time status tracking, and generate automated reports that support data-driven decision-making. With this system, DP2KBP3A is expected to improve the quality of public services to become more efficient, effective, transparent, and accountable in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018.
