RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI BERBASIS WEB PADA PRAKTIK MANDIRI BIDAN MAULINA NINGSIH

Abstrak

Maulina Ningsih Independent Midwife Practice (PMB) is a business operating in the field of providing health services, which has a significant contribution in providing services, especially health for mothers and children. Providing this health service has been the center for auxiliary midwives in the city of Bengkayang since fifteen years ago. The patient administration system at Midwife Maulina Ningsih Independent Practice is done manually or still uses paper media such as journals, starting from managing patient data, medical records, payment transactions, so there is a risk of being damaged or lost. As the number of patients per day increases, staff are starting to feel overwhelmed in organizing data about patients and making reports. In this research, researchers applied qualitative methods using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature studies. The analysis and design technique used is an object-oriented technique with Unifield Modeling Language (UML) modeling. This system design uses Visual Studio Code and the database used is MySQL. The results of this research produce a website-based information system that makes it easier for the Independent Practice of Midwife Maulina Ningsih to process patient data, medical record data and make reports and makes it easier for patients to receive information regarding registration and what services are available at the Independent Practice of Midwife Maulina Ningsih.
