PERANCANGAN SISTEM RESERVASI RUMAH PADA PT ANUGERAH INTAN RATAMA

Abstrak

The development of technology and computers has progressed so that it can provide change. This was used by PT Anugerah Intan Ratama as a medium for marketing housing units, which in the previous system was still conventional. So that the development of technology and computers can provide changes and the system built can be implemented. This study aims to analyze the needs of a unit reservation information system at PT Anugerah Intan Ratama to provide a system design proposal that can meet the needs of the company. The research method used by the author to collect the data and information needed is to use observation, interviews, literature, documentation and surveys. The author uses object-oriented system analysis techniques. The system modeling tool used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram Tools: Star UML. The system design application used is Sublime Text 3. This research produces a system that can be used by companies to improve performance in the process of selling, promoting, and conveying information about housing units being marketed. The built system requires 2D graphic illustrations and live chat features in order to make it easier for customers to get information about housing units marketed at PT Anugerah Intan Ratama.
