Abstract


Employee performance appraisal system is used in CU Pancur Dangeri is still manual. The process of data employee performance appraisal processing take a long time, then it need to be designed a decision support system for employee performance appraisal. In this research the data analyzed ontained from the interview, observation and literature study. To illustrate the work process of the current system and the proposed system, is used  object-based modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML). System is created using Visual Basic .NET 2010 programming to design visual display, Microsoft Office Access 2007 for database design and Crystal Report 13 for report design. From the research conducted, it is known there are errors in the processing of employee performance appraisal data. To perform the assessment data processing, a decision support system is needed for employee performance appraisal. The author uses a method of weighted product (wp) in performing the calculation of value and provide an assessment decision in the decision support system that the author design. This decision support system is designed to facilitate the processing of employee performance appraisal data. Use of this decision support system must follow the operating procedures of the system correctly. To avoid loss and damage data, always do the database backup process on the system.
