PERANCANGAN AP LIKASI MENU DIET BAGI PENDERITA PENYAKIT DIABETES MELITUS BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract

Today, technology has developed rapidly, especially mobile devices. Developing mobile devices are called smartphones by modern society. Smartphones are not only used to make calls and send short messages, but smartphones can work and help modern society in doing their work or other things. Author uses data collection methods and analysis technique uses  Unified Modeling Language in modeling the system. In database design using SQLite, and Android Studio as Integrated Development Environment to design the main application. In final results of this study entitled design of a diet menu application for people with Android-based diabetes mellitus produces an application that helps in patients with diabetes mellitus to find out a diet menu or program that is in accordance with supporting factors such as sugar levels in body, body weight and height. It can be concluded from research process that has been carried out, that with application of diet menus for people with diabetes mellitus based on android is expected to be able to help and overcome problem of determining diet programs for people with diabetes mellitus. In diet menu application for patients with diabetes mellitus based on Android, there are several features, where each diet menu and features are designed with the user 's ease and needs in mind.   Keywords: Aplication, Smartphone,  Android, Diet, Diabetes Melitus
