PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN ONLINE PADA PT PAPASARI MENGGUNAKAN PHP DAN MYSQL

Abstract

In the modern era, the development of information technology and computers is very rapid and makes computers have a large influence in various fields of life. The use of computers in aspects of people's lives such as, entertainment and work aids. The use of computers in the field of work can help in processing data more quickly and accurately. Current technological developments can not be separated from the role of the internet. The Internet is the fastest means of providing and distributing information and has a very wide range. The  appearance of the internet in the community is an opportunity for companies to expand their business into a wide range of markets. Various company activities can be developed with the internet, for example is online sales activities. For the research design the author uses a descriptive research design for the method of data collection, the author uses interviews, observation, and literature studies. The system analysis and design technique on this research design uses is object-oriented technique with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML) Version 5.0 which uses modeling tools, StarUML Version 5.0.2 for its design. The database used in designing an online sales information system at PT Papasari is MySQL 5.5.25, the programming language used is PHP and HTML. This research will produce an online sales information system design at PT Papasari  will be used to develop sales that are still conventional currently. Developing online sales the company can increase the range of product sales to be wider. And then can satisfy customer needs for product information and customer shopping information. This system will produce sales notes, delivery orders, sales reports, and inventory reports that can be used by companies for the right decision making. Conclusion, with the existence of this online sales information system, the company can resolve information problems and data processing can be better.
