PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI PENGANGKUTAN HASIL PANEN PADA KOPERASI AGRO JAYA

Abstract

In the era of globalization, technology is developing very rapidly and technology has improved a lot of life both in business and in government. Information technology and computers are developments that are expected to provide convenience in business activities and work activities. Without the help of technology and information systems, problems will arise in the data processing process. Likewise the problems experienced by Koperasi Agro Jaya are the slow processing of data and reporting every month. By using an information system to distribute garden produce, cooperatives can more easily process data and can produce information in the form of reports quickly and accurately. The author uses descriptive research design as a research design. While in data collection using the method of observation, literature, and interviews. System analysis and design techniques used by the authors in this study are object-oriented techniques and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool. The system design application used by the author in designing the park distribution system uses the Object Oriented Programming paradigm using the Microsoft Visual Basic .NET 2010 programming language with Microsoft SQL server 2008 as the system database and the report will be designed using Crsytal Riport 13. In this study a information system system for the distribution of garden produce which includes distribution transactions, wage and wage collection transactions so as to produce income reports, collection of wages, wages, and distribution. In conclusion, this proposal system can facilitate data processing activities that occur in collaborative efforts and help deal with problems faced and more effective reporting processes.   Keywords: Design, Information System, Distribution, cooperatives
