PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN MASYARAKAT PADA KANTOR DESA KAMPET BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

E-government is an innovation of government service by utilizing the development of information technology. The use of technical information in government service can change the service process that previously required a working mechanism to become convenient. In the e-government services, it must be oriented to user needs and satisfaction so that it can provide good service to its users. This research was conducted by asking for information from related parties. The proposed design uses HTML, PHP, and CSS programming language and MySQL database. The technique used in designing the system is an object-oriented design technique using descriptive research methods and the tool used to model the system is Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result of this research is a web-based service system in Kampet village. Therefore can be concluded that the design of this system is expected to increase the information literacy of the community in utilizing the development of information technology and could assist village governments in providing effectively and efficiently public services. Suggestions that the designed system can be developed again by adding service features such as filing a moving letter and several more features needed by the system and can be developed again with an Android-based system   Keywords: Design, Government, System, Information Technology, Service, Desa Kampet
