Analisis Kompensasi Finansial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Tetap pada SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak

This research aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on job satisfaction of permanent employees at SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak. This research is descriptive research using qualitative analysis methods. The population in this research were 15 permanent employees at SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak. So, the sample taken by the researcher at SMA Gembala Baik Pontianak was 15 people using the saturated sampling method (census). In this research, all indicators were measured by measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires that met the rating scale type statements. The results showed that employees who received higher financial compensation, both in the form of salary and benefits, reported higher levels of job satisfaction. However, several other factors were also found to influence job satisfaction, such as relationships with superiors, opportunities for development, and work-life balance. Although financial compensation plays an important role, these non-financial aspects cannot be ignored in increasing overall job satisfaction.
