KOMPUTERISASI SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN DAN PENJUALAN PADA PO ANUGRAH JAYA PONTIANAK

Abstract

PO Anugrah Jaya Pontianak is still using a manual system. The manual system  of operational activities will slightly slow down the business process, especially in determining the minimun stock. Therefore, the authors analyze and design a system of inventory and sales information on PO Anugrah Jaya Pontianak with the aim to improve efficiency and performance at PO Anugrah Jaya Pontianak. In this research the authors use descriptive research design and data collection methods consisting of interview methods, observation methods and literature study. Analysis technique that used is Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram . The system is designed with Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010, SQL Server 2008 programming language in designing databases and reports designed using Crystal Report 13.With the results of this designing from information systems, it can helps and support the operational activities in processing, storing inventory and sales data, generate reports that required by PO Anugrah Jaya Pontianak. The conclusion of this research is by using inventory and sales information system in business process, can improve accuracy in data processing and ability of providing information faster, and with the. Advice from the author to prevent errors in data storage because of the electrical effect is expected to provide backup power supply or Uninterupted Power Supply (UPS). Keywords       System Analysis, System Planning,Information System, Inventory, Sales
