KOMPUTERISASI SISTEM PENJUALAN (STUDI KASUS PADA UD SINAR CIPTA)

Abstract

In human life development, the usage of technology is increasing by organizations to support their activity. One of the example is the use of barcode coding. According to the problem of UD Sinar Cipta is often slow the data processing and sales. Therefore the writer try to build an application that can be used to help inventory and sales process to support their operational activity. Hopefully within this system, it can create working flexibility in UD Sinar Cipta so that the company will go on smoothly. Writer use descriptive research design as the research plan. While the data collecting method that the writer used is observation, interview, and study documentation. Writer used Unified Modelling Language (UML) as the data analyze technique and used Visual Basic.Net 2010 as the programming language. SQL Server 2009 as the database, and Crystal Report 13.0 for the report. This research create an information system design of storage and selling with barcode coding to solve the problem. With this recommended system it can accelerate the activity in the company and reduce the mistake of recording and minimalize the data storage so it will be much easier and the searching will be more accurate and the making of the report will be more effective and efficient.  Keywords—Information System, Application, Design
