KOMPUTERISASI SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI UPTD PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN PONTIANAK SELATAN

Abstract

UPTD Puskesmas District of South Pontianak is an institution responsible for organizing the first level of health care that is comprehensive, integrated and sustainable. Health Clinics have had some problems with the service administration, especially in the administration of poly teeth that are still using manual systems in data processing. Therefore, the authors tried to design a computerized information system that can help administrators in performing routine dental poly. Forms of research by the author using a causal relationship, while the data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used to build the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and design techniques used to build the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft Office Access 2003 as its database and Crystal Report 8.5 as report generation program. The results of this research is the design of administrative information systems on poly-based dental computerization which can improve data processing and the provision of reports. The conclusion of the administrative information system design poly tooth is proposed administrative data processing system is computerized, so that the stored data will be more secure because it uses the database, recording, search, storage and manipulation of data will be easier to do.
