PERANCANGAN APLIKASI VOTING KETUA ORGANISASI BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract

The development of smartphone that operated and powered by Android has been growing rapidly because it is able to serve information simply and fast. Related to the matter, it inspires the author to entitle this research into “Voting Application Design on Android-Based”. The application is designed with the purpose to give the easiness for the smartphone users in directly participating through conduct the voting using smartphone powered by Android.The writer used descriptive study design that describing all symptoms that occur, reading and understanding all literatures related to the research material through observing the smartphone application as discussed in the earlier paragraph. The system of technical analysis that used in this research is oriented to the object of the research itself using the modeling equipment of Unified Modeling Language (UML) for describing the application that built for the smartphone platform. While in designing the application, the author used the Java Eclipse programming language.This research is conducted to result the application that able to be made into an alternative for the smartphone users in implementing the voting using smartphone powered by Android. The existence of this application inside the Android smartphone purposed to let the users get the easiness in choosing and knowing the final result of the voting.The conclusion of the summary from the analysis result is that the voting application could help the smartphone users in conducting voting directly through Android Smartphone. Keywords: Application, voting, smartphone,android, eclipse.
