KOMPUTERISASI SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN SPAREPART SEPEDA MOTOR (STUDI KASUS PADA PO KAPUAS MOTOR)

Abstract

The are some problem founds in PO Kapuas Motor to represent the info of sales and inventory. This study aims to produce a system design of developed inventory and sales information to increase the efficiency of work, increase the accuracy of  data management and the ability to provide quick information, and increase the quality of custommers service. This study aims to identify the system information problems in PO Kapuas Motor and produce a inventory and sales information such as purchase, sale, purchase returns, and sales returns that produce reports such as stock reports, purchasing reports, sales reports, purchase returns reports, and sales returns reports, helps PO Kapuas Motor to achieve their purposes. The conclusion of this study is that by using a computer-developed-based system can minimize errors in data management, increase the customers service and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work of the company into a better direction and easy ways to make a reports. The suggest from the author is the company should have a training, maintenance and develop the system that has been created by author can produce an inventory and sales information system that accordance with the company's goals. Keywords       Development, Information System, Inventory, Sale
