Abstract

The system designed is a web-based employee recruitment test information system at PT Citra Kencana Kalimantan Barat. One of the most important activities in a company or organization is the human resources issue. Because, the main focus of resource management is to contribute to the success or failure of a company. Human resource management itself not only regulates the existing employees within the company, but starts from recruiting prospective employees. The process of recruiting prospective employees is a strategic step for identifying the right candidates, recruitment is a method of finding candidate applicants or the beginning of all manpower needs for the preparation of qualified Human Resources (HR) and based on competence, labor or employees are assets or an important property for an organization to differentiate one organization from another organization where a qualified workforce will bring success and excellence to the organization. One way to find qualified workforce is to use tests, a test is a tool or instrument used to gather information, measure skills, knowledge and talents possessed by individuals or groups.
