Abstract

This method works by determining the criteria for calculating the weight of each criteria. Then calculating the difference in value from the comparison of each criteria. Determine the usual preference type, both alternative a and b don't have a difference if and only f (a) = f (b), then the value of the preference is 0 or P (x) = 0. Then calculate the preference index value, then calculate the leaving flow value, the value of entering flow and net flow. The author uses the method and finds data through interviews and literature studies which will later be processed and used as supporting material for conducting research.System development using Android Studio 3.2. Analysis and design techniques using object-oriented techniques, and system modeling tools using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram. system modeling tools using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram applications are tested by the Black Box method. This research produced an Android-based application of geographic information system on Culinary Tourism in Pontianak city using promethee method, which was able to provide a large contribution to the government from the macro side, the culinary industry brings its own problems to economic actors at the technical level to the related in marketing and culinary place selection.
