Abstract

Inventory and sales information systems used goods UD Yours Shop till now is by using the manual method. By the way, there are many shortcomings in support of business processes that will ultimately inhibit the growth of the company. Therefore, the authors analyze and design an information system inventory and sale of goods at UD Yours Shop with the aim to improve the efficiency of the system inventory and sale of goods at UD Yours Shop.The author uses descriptive method as study design, while the data collection methods used are observation, interview and literature study. The author uses the unified modeling language (UML) and using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 in information systems inventory and sales of goods.Research carried out aiming to produce an information system inventory and sale of goods at UD Yours Shop to solve the problems encountered so that simplify and streamline the operations of the company and minimize errors that occur in data processing.The conclusion of the analysis and design of information systems supply and sale of goods at UD Yours Shop is the design of information systems inventory and the proposed sale of the writer allows the processing of data quickly and accurately. The proposed system can be acquired several advantages such as ease of classifying the data and preparing reports quickly and accurately which can be done automatically as well as supporting data storage more effectively and efficiently.
