ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN DAN PENJUALAN PADA PD CAHAYA METAL DENGAN MICROSOFT VISUAL FOXPRO 9.0

Abstract

The using of a manual system in PD Cahaya Metal  caused some problems in the process of sales record and data processing. So that delays sales record report cession that causes the owner of the company was late take the decision to his company which resulted in losses.The research methods that used by the author to gather the informations are observation method, the study of literature, and interview method. The author uses the modelling of UML (Unified Modelling Languages) as the analysis techniques in information systems and Microsoft FoxPro 9.0 to design application program. The result of the research produce a design that able to support the operational activities of PD Cahaya Metal and solve the problems that exist in the company. By using the sales information system and computerized supplies, it can improve the performance and efficiency of operational activities within the company.
