RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN PADA TOKO SUKSES BERSAMA BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

The development of technology and information is increasing. There are still many buying and selling processes that are not in line with current technological advances. Most of the systems running at the Sukses Bersama Store are done manually, starting from recording products, selling products, and making reports, so it
is possible that during the process errors may occur in recording. Designing a web-based sales information system is the best solution to overcome problems that occur at Toko Sukses Bersama. The author used a descriptive research design as the research design, while the data collection methods used were interviews, observation and literature study. The author uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system analysis technique. The system design technique used is Visual Studio Code 1.76.0, the database designer uses My SQL (XAMPP). Toko Sukses Bersama is an individual company that operates in the field of selling furniture such as ladles, jars, glass cups, and others. An administrative system is needed to reduce errors in entering data and quickly make it easier to process and process information. The conclusion of this research is that computer systems can reduce data processing errors, increase work effectiveness and efficiency. Thus, the research hopes that the design of a computerized information system can help Toko Sukses Bersama in presenting information related to decision making, so that it can quickly find out the inventory of goods. Recording errors can also be minimized to be better than the previous system.
