PERANCANGAN WEBSITE PENJUALAN SPARE PART MOTOR PADA BENGKEL PUTRA MOTOR
Abstract
Technology is now a part of everyday human life. Technology has even become a priority in all human activities. The development of increasingly advanced information technology has made the internet more developed and can be accessed anywhere and anytime as long as it is connected to an internet connection. One of them is by using business media, namely the website. Researchers use a causal relationship design as a research design. While the data collection method used is the method of observation, literature study, and interviews. This research resulted in the design of an online sales information system at Bengkel Putra Motor which is used to assist repair shop owners in selling products online and make it easier for customers to find information about the product they are looking for. Customers can view and buy products through the website so that the information delivery process is more effective and efficient. With this proposed system, it is hoped that it can expand marketing reach, and improve service to customers to find out the latest product information sold by Putra Motor Workshop easily and quickly. Suggestions from researchers regarding the proposed system are features that can show the number of customers and the total number of visitors per day or month so that the admin can find out how many visitors often visit the website and the increasing number of visitors who frequently visit the website, it is necessary to develop a display design so that the website looks more attractive and the more customers there are, the maintenance (maintenance) of the system must also be carried out regularly so that the system always runs as it should by the times. Supposedly, the payment method is also not only through m-banking or internet banking. The need for additional chat features on the website so that customers can communicate directly with the admin. It is necessary to add notification features about new and best-selling products to customers via email and also provide cash or credit purchase options.
