RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI ARUS KAS BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA PASIFINDO

Abstract

Pasifindo is a company that operates in the printing services sector in Pontianak City. In recording sales and creating a list of receivables collection per customer, Pasifindo uses the Microsoft Excel application so that they often experience differences between recording credit sales data and the list of receivables per customer. To overcome this problem, researchers built a computerized financial information system. The data collection methods used are the interview method, observation method, and literature study method. The system analysis and system design technique used is an object-oriented technique with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The system design application used is the Xampp web server and MySQL as a database application, while the web application design uses the Visual Studio Code editor with the HTML and CSS programming languages. Javascript, PHP, and Bootstrap framework. The research carried out resulted in a web-based financial information system application for owners and cashiers. This information system was created to provide convenience in the financial management process. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the existence of a computerized website-based financial information system at Pasifindo is expected to help owners in the process of recording financial data and producing financial reports that the company needs quickly and accurately.
