Abstract

Investment decision and decision of financing are the part of financial management function.
This decision is important to the company to win the competition. In this case, the company
who wants to win the competition must to make the faster and careful decision, especially
the investment decision and decision of financing without disregarding the concept of time
value of money. Data Table and financial function in Excel is one of the facilities that able to
be used by company to calculate and make the decision of financing and investment decision.
Financial function can yield calculation especially relate to the concept of time value of
money more quickly and careful calculation. Beside that, the Data Table feature makes
automating calculate from the function.
