Analisis Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Koperasi Kredit (Credit Union) Khatulistiwa Bakti Pontianak

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the competency and performance factors and their effects partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of CU Khatulistiwa Bhakti Pontianak. The research was conducted on all employees of CU Khatulistiwa Bhakti as many as 32 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to all employees which is divided into four variables, namely the variables of intellectual competence, emotional competence, social competence and performance. The data analysis technique used regression modeling. The instrument used for data collection was in the form of a Likert scale model questionnaire. The results showed that the contribution of the variables of intellectual competence, emotional competence, social competence and employee performance at CU Khatulistiwa Bhakti showed that the results generally fall into good criteria. The regression model test results show that the effect of intellectual compensation, emotional competence and social competence on performance does not have a significant effect on the performance of employees of CU Khatulistiwa Bhakti.
