Abstract

The Oplet Analysis of Public Transport Performance in Pontianak is a problem raised in this study, and the authors limit it to: Quantitative quantity analysis and measures of availability of analysis of public facilities. Descriptive methods and data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews, documentary studies and questionnaires. The population is oplet service users in the city of Pontianak. The sampling technique from the population used purposive sampling with 100 respondents. The results showed that the quantitative quantity variable had an overall average of 3.35, and the variable measure of availability of public facilities had an overall average of 3.34. In general, the population agreed to the statement submitted by the researcher.
