HUBUNGAN KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA PELAYANAN PADA HOTEL MERPATI PONTIANAK
Abstract
The goal of this analysis is to identify the satisfaction of employees that can influence the
quality of performance at Hotel Merpati Pontianak. Employees have reached different
satisfaction of their work. It is necessary to have a specific method of enhancing the quality of
performance of the employees so that they can serve the consumers better. The data collected
by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study is presented in a
descriptive method. Samples are collected by accidental sampling of 55 respondents
consisting of the employees and consumers of the hotel. A mixed method of quantitative
(SPSS 17.00) and qualitative is applied to process the data of the research. The result of this
research is that the correlation between the variables is weak and the null hypothesis is
rejected.
