Abstract

The goal of this analysis is to identify the satisfaction of employees that can influence thequality of performance at Hotel Merpati Pontianak. Employees have reached differentsatisfaction of their work. It is necessary to have a specific method of enhancing the quality ofperformance of the employees so that they can serve the consumers better. The data collectedby observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study is presented in adescriptive method. Samples are collected by accidental sampling of 55 respondentsconsisting of the employees and consumers of the hotel. A mixed method of quantitative(SPSS 17.00) and qualitative is applied to process the data of the research. The result of thisresearch is that the correlation between the variables is weak and the null hypothesis isrejected.
