PENERAPAN METODE PROFILE MATCHING UNTUK PENENTUAN SISTEM KENAIKAN GAJI PADA PT DELTA ORIENTAL KAPUAS
Abstract
PT Delta Oriental Kapuas aims to enhance employee salary determination by designing an accurate decision support system. This is done to avoid subjective evaluations and non-objective salary increments. It is expected that the implementation of this system will help reduce potential related issues. The author applies a descriptive research design using interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The decision support system method used is Profile Matching. The system is designed and analyzed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The database design is implemented using MySQL, while the web-based application development is carried out using Visual Studio Code with HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and Bootstrap as the CSS framework.. This research yields an efficient and effective decision support system design for determining employee salary increments. The system enables the company to manage employee data, salary increment criteria, sub-criteria, and applies calculations using the Profile Matching Method. Furthermore, the system has flexible controls to determine the magnitude of salary increments based on adjustable scores. The system's output includes the employees' final scores and recommendations for the magnitude of salary increments for each employee. The Profile Matching decision support system designed in this research provides accurate score results and salary increment recommendations.
