PERANCANGAN APLIKASI WORKOUT TANPA ALAT BANTU
Abstract
The development of an android-based workout application without tools is an application that was built to be used by beginners and can be used anytime and anywhere with the features needed in exercising, such as video tutorials, Body Mass Index (BMI) calculations. Calories per day needed by the user, exercise history reports in the form of calendars and weight loss graphic reports. The method for developing an android-based workout application without tools is to use a descriptive method. With this application, users can find out the correct way to exercise to avoid the risk of injury. Users can find out Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Body Mass Index (BMI), calorie needs, and protein needs for the workout process. The conclusion that the author got is that this application can display the correct way to do a workout and can display calculations of Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) Body Mass Index (BMI), calorie needs, and protein needs. This application implements the waterfall algorithm which functions for the development stages following the flow from analysis, design, code, and testing.
