Abstract

The existence of a change in the way of running a business from a conventional business to a social media-based business will affect the behavior of business people. The behavior of business people in the business world automatically changes following the changes that occur in basic things in the business world. Business actors must understand about virtuality, which is a condition that must be conditioned as if it exists and is real, even though it is not real. Every business person must carry out their respective roles well and pay attention to business ethics. Business ethics is a basic guide to the behavior of every business person so that the business can run well. This study aims to understand the behavior of business people so that a business transaction format can be made that is good and beneficial for business people themselves. The behavior of social media-based business people is expected to remain in an ethical business corridor and not to harm all parties involved. The research method used in this study is a case study method. The use of case study methods with a focus on analyzing the behavior of social media-based business people. This study aims to provide a complete and in-depth description of the behavior analysis of social media-based businesses. This study aims to understand the behavior of business people so that a business transaction format can be made that is good and beneficial for business people themselves. The behavior of social media-based business people is expected to remain in an ethical business corridor and not to harm all parties involved.
