PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN DAN PENJUALAN PADA CV ARROYAN

Abstract

The system of CV Arroyan been using semi-manual system. Such a that way feels not really effective due to the many types of goods, prices of goods, supplier data, customer data, invoices and other information may result in companies experiencing difficulties to manage and calculate the sales transactions quickly and accurately. In this study the researcher uses descriptive research design and data collection methods consisted of observation, library research and interview methods. Systems analysis technique used is the Unified Modeling Diagram Language (UML). The system is designed with Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0. By using a system of inventory and sales information has been computerized, CV Arroyan will find the easy way to do any transactions. Head of the company can obtain the reports up to date directly from the system. The report can be the function of consideration for the head of the company to make decision that are useful for the business fluently CV Arroyan . Based on the research that is done by the researcher, it can be conclude that the effectiveness and efficiency of the company can still be improved, one of the way is by using the inventory and sales information systems that are computerized and able to provide the data that is more accurate than manual administration system. The researcher expect for the users to understand the procedures in carrying of inventory and sales information systems and the operation of the system that is computerized must be in accordance with the procedure.
