Abstract

Inventory And Salesment Is One Of The Important Activities In Each Company, Particularly Those Working In Trade, system information of inventory and is information systems that are in use to handle everyday activities that occurred is still done by manual systems. The manual system in use may hinder the performance of a company. Toovercome weakness use analysis and design a system of inventory and sales, information systems in the architecture will help the company in performing data processing, data storage, reporting and to improve the quality of the company itself as well as improving Ministry to its consumers.The author method libraries. the technique of using descriptive method as a research design while the method of data collection methods used are interviews, data collection method that is in use is a method of interviewing, observation method, dukumtas method, and the method of librarianship. Technique of data analysis used for the preparation and sale of system mentasai on PO Usaha Mandiri  is using unified modeling langguange (uml). The new system used be is the database to store all transaction data and archived data into a form the computer so that it can reduce the buildup of physical shape archives on a trade and business media storage via database also has advantages to do back up the data.
