KOMPUTERISASI SISTEM INFORMASI PENGGAJIAN PD USAHA BARU

Abstract

Payroll system in PD Usaha Baru are still using manual systems.  This manual system makes payroll processing in PD Usaha Baru  to be slow.  Therefore, researcher conducted a study to produce a computerized system that can support a payroll system in PD Usaha Baru.  With the computerized system will simplify and streamline operations within the company. The method used in this research is descriptive method.  Data collected by observation, interview, and literature study.  Researcher used data flow diagram in data analysis techniques and using the Visual FoxPro 9.0 in the engineering system design. Researcher designed a computer-based information systems that can help process the payroll data processing PD Usaha Baru, so as to produce data and information quickly and accurately. The system can also help improve the quality of service to customers and improve the quality of information in the form of submission of the report to the leadership so as to assist leaders in making better decisions. The conclusion that can be concluded in this study is the application of computer-based technology can help improve the quality of data and information processing, increase data security, and enhance the company's performance. To obtain optimal results in the payroll information system, the researchers suggest the company to implement a computer-based information systems payroll, and training for employees, and perform system maintenance to run properly.
