ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN DAN PENJUALAN PADA PD BUKIT JAYA

Abstract

In the era of globalization, rapid the computer very necessary in supporting the activities of the company's work activities. One form is encoding system using barcodes. Similarly, the problems experienced by PD Bukit Jaya often hamper the process of data processing and sales as well as inventory reports every month. By using information system of inventory and sales it can be easier to produce information in the form of reports quickly and accurately. The author uses descriptive research as study design. While data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis engineering and designing system used by the author is Object Oriented Technic. In designing the application writer using Visual Basic .Net 2010, SQL Server 2008 as the database and Crystal Report 13.0  to create a report. This research resulted in an inventory of information system design and sales of goods using a barcode encoding which includes sales, purchases, sales returns and purchase returns so as to produce purchases report and sales report as well as sales returns report and purchase returns report to solve the problems encountered. In conclusion, with this proposed system can facilitate the activities that occur within the company and recording errors can be minimized and data storage easier so that more accurate search and reporting process more effective and efficient.
