Penerapan Notasi UML Dalam Perancangan Sistem Informasi Usulan Kenaikan Pangkat Pada Polres Metro Jakarta Utara

Abstract

In a organization of police, it is known a system of proposol promotion. The system of proposol promotion is a preparation process of a personal if he wants to get a promotion. The problems that a appear in this condition are the occurence of similar data filling the lost document, the controlling of the personal promotion process and the slow process of promotion proposal process. A software modelling used is UML. UML is usually used to design software, but in the web-based information system of proposal promotion, UML is used to model the information system. By applying a web-based information system of proposal promotion, it can support the coordination among the connected units and it can solve the problem in the convensional system.
