PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO DAN TOTAL DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI) PADA SUB SEKTOR PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

ROI was importanted element to make the decision because it will affect the profitability of the company and also provided information to investors about the condition of the company . This research was to determine the effect of CR and DER to ROI in Sub Sector Property and Real Estated Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange . The method used was a descriptive study . The data used was a secondary data , in the form of financial statements of companies Sub Sector Property and Real Estate That Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2012 until 2013. For the calculation of the effect of CR and DER to ROI, analysis tool used is the classical assumption test , regression test , tests of significance of regression coefficients , correlation test , and determination test.
