Abstract
Discipline factors consist objective and capability, exemplary leaders, remuneration, fairness, sanction and punishment, adhering surveillance, firmness and humanity relation. From the result of this research, then can be pulled conclusions that the employees’ ability can be distributed for purposes in developing better company, leaders also exemplary in working their duty, remuneration given on time by company to employees, fair on giving job, sanction and punishment given to every employee who break the rules, attentions and firmness given in taking every decision also able to make relationship with fellow human being. Suggestions that writer can give are PT Bank Sinarmas, Tbk. Cabang Pontianak must be consistent on giving sanction and punishment to employees who break the rules, also giving remuneration appropriate to employees’ workload.
